Claire Elise Boucher (/bu:'SeI/ boo-SHAY;[1] born March 17 in 1988) who is also known as Grimes, is a Canadian singer, musician, and record producer. Her early work is called "lo-fi R&B to futuristic dance-pop",[4] with influences from electronic, hip-hop, and rock. Her lyrics often touch on gender issues and science fiction. Five studio albums were released by her. Grimes was raised in Vancouver but moved to Montreal at the age of 2000. Grimes started releasing her singles at the beginning of 2000. two albums came out through Arbutus Records in 2010, Geidi Primes and Halfaxa in 2010. The album was released in 2012 and Visions was her third studio album. Grimes signed with 4AD. Visions comprises the singles "Genesis" as well as "Oblivion" as well as the Canadian music industry Juno Award for Electronic Album of the Year. Her fourth studio album Art Angels was released in 2015. The album was praised from critics and many magazines voted it to be the top album of the year. Miss Anthropocene was her fifth studio album. Grimes was also an actor and judge in Alter Ego's competitions for music, was a vocalist as part of Cyberpunk 2077 which was released 20th of January, 2020. Georges Georges Georges
