Antonina's striking skills were superior and let her TKO Nievera via knees in the back of her. In the aftermath of this fight, Antonina received a UFC deal. Antonina Shevchenko debuted in UFC during her debut at the TUF Finals TUF Heavy Hitting against Ji Yeon Kim. Shevchenko fell to Roxanne Modafferi via split decision after she won her first bout. Antonina recovered from her loss and defeated Lucie Pudilova on UFC on ESPN Covington vs. Lawler via second-round rear-naked choke submission and earned the prize of the night during the bout. Shevchenko was 1-2 over her subsequent three bouts. She defeated Ariane Lipski but lost to Katlyn Chokagian as well as Andrea Lee. Antonina has been defeated recently by Casey O'Neill via TKO at UFC Fight Night Santos -Walker.
